	Factory backup The Holden Technical Assistance Centre is a centre of knowledge, staffed by Holden factory engineers and accessible only to authorised Holden Service Centres. If the technician servicing your vehicle needs help, they can rely on the expert engineers at the centre for advice and direction.
	Latest Computerised Technology As automotive technology becomes increasingly complex, the traditional toolbox is virtually obsolete. New technology, like our Tech 2 diagnostic computer, allows us to locate the problem more quickly and fix it. That means more convenience, more competitive cost structures, and more drive time.
	Holden Factory Approved Parts To avoid any unpleasant surprises down the road, simply visit us and you immediately have access to one of the most sophisticated parts networks in the country. Having undergone rigorous testing by Holden engineers, Holden factory approved parts fully meet Holden's original specifications. Moreover, when an authorised Holden Dealer fits Holden parts there's no chance of you jeopardising your warranty.
	Two Year Parts Guarantee Your Holden is designed to function best with factory approved parts. All Holden approved parts are covered under warranty for two years of 50,000 kilometres.
	Six Months Labour Guarantee We guarantee all labour for six months or 10,000 kilometres. It's another way we show how serious we are about quality.
	Fair and Open Pricing Policy Understandably, one of your concerns will be whether you're paying the right price for your servicing. That's why we're committed to a completely transparent consultative service process with strict guidelines.

Complimentary shuttle bus
Our complimentary shuttle bus offers transport to any location within a 5km radius of the dealership while your vehicle is being serviced. If you wish to wait, relax in the coffee lounge or make use of our laptop terminals situated in the waiting area.

Early Bird drop off
A convenient Early Bird drop off facility is offered for customers who wish to leave their car after closing hours or before opening. Look for the instructions under the Early Bird sign at the Reception entrance regarding dropping off your keys in the envelope provided.

Range of service types
We offer a range of different services from scheduled interval services and quick checks, to special safety checks prior to you going on holidays. Look out for our special service promotions. Only genuine Holden parts are used during services if new parts are required.
